Check-in after 3PM before 20PM / Check-out at 12PM
We can hold your bags after 12PM until your room is available.
We request all guests to inform us the check-in time in advance. Self check-in might be required if a staff is not available at the check-in time.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
No Party is allowed. Please keep quiet after 22PM.
Payment：Online prepayment at the time of reservation. A major credit card or PayPal is accepted.
Cancellation Policy：
We require 5 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.
– 30% will be non-refundable if you cancel 2-4 days prior to your arrival date.
– 50% will be non-refundable if you cancel 1 day prior to your arrival date.
– 100% will be non-refundable if you cancel on your arrival date.
– 100% will be non-refundable for No show.
Refund：Cancellation of online transaction
